UseLoveia respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection law. This policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Data we collect
Account data: name, email and photo (when you sign in with Google or email). Relationship data: information you voluntarily provide (partner's name, nicknames, memories) to personalize the messages. Payment data: processed by our payment partner (Asaas); we do not store banking data. Usage data: anonymous metrics via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
2. How we use your data
To generate your personalized messages, process contributions, improve the service and comply with legal obligations. Your memories are used exclusively to generate your texts.
3. Sharing
We share data only with essential processors: Supabase (infrastructure and database), OpenAI (text generation), Asaas (payments) and analytics tools. We do not sell your data.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, via the contact email below.
5. Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active. We apply encryption in transit, row-level access control (RLS) and security best practices.
