1. About the service
UseLoveia is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized messages based on the information provided by the user.
2. Free use and contributions
Each user is entitled to 3 free generations per day. Additional generations depend on a voluntary contribution. Contributions are converted into credits according to the current rate and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
3. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the service for illegal, offensive or defamatory content, content that infringes third-party rights, or for automation/abuse of the API. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. AI-generated content
Messages are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing the content before using it. The generated content is yours for personal use.
5. Intellectual property
The UseLoveia brand, design and code belong to their respective owners. The text generated from your information may be used freely by you.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the messages.
